Villino Santa Maria
Located in Versilia, in the characteristic Pietrasanta town, 500 m
away form the Historical Center, at the foot of the Alpi Apuane mountains
and 3 km away from the sea, between the towns of Viareggio and Forte
dei Marmi.
The little house is about 70 square meters big, completely refurbished
and has independent entrance. It’s placed in a residential area,
has a big fitted out garden, about 400 square meters big.

Daytime
area:
Located on the ground floor, it's formed by a wide kitchen, a living
room with a double-bed-settee. It's supplied with bath with shower.
Nightime area:
On two different floors, it consist of two bedrooms: the first with
double-bed, provided with bathroom with shower, and the second with
two single beds, provided with bathroom with bath.
