Casin di Mamao:
The hamlet is isolated and located on the top of a little hill. It’s made up of two independent floors each of them about 160 square meters big. Surronding the house there is a wide fitted out open square/garden 600 square meters big, with swimming pool. All around there are age-old oak threes and 3 hectares of woods and meadows, property of the house and at exclusive guests’ disposal.

First floor:

Daytime area:
The entrance is under a covered veranda and lead to the daytime area, composed of a wide kitchen with an ancient and big fireplace, dishwashing machine, and TV; and a very wide double hall with a Bricks arch in the center, fireplace and TV.
(Hi Fi stereo??) All the ceilings are with wooden beams on sight.

Nightime area:
it’s composed of three bedrooms: two with double-bed, and one with two single beds. The bathrooms are two, one with shower and the other with bath/shower.

Ground floor:

Daytime area:
It’s composed of a wide double Kitchen-living room divided by a big arch. Both room have its own fireplace. There are TV and dishwashing-machine.

Nightime area:
composed of three bedrooms: two with double-bed, and one with a single bed; one bathroom with bath/shower, fitness room.

At guests disposal:
• Fitted out swimming pool 10x5 meters wide.
• Fitness room completely fitted out with double entrance both from the house and form the outside.
• Barbecue.
• Parking.
• Wash-room with washing machine.
